Public Records Notice Information submitted to the Vulnerable Person KNOW ME File is a government record and may be subject to disclosure under Idaho public records law.
Verification and Record Updates To keep information accurate, the KNOW ME File team will attempt to contact the authorized registrant or caregiver about once a year to confirm or update the file. Multiple attempts may be made to reach you. If the information cannot be verified within two years, the record will be removed from active status to prevent outdated information from being used. Removal does not prevent future enrollment. A new form may be submitted at any time.
